Men’s Soccer: Mannheimer Earns PAC Rookie of the Week Honors

GREENVILLE, Pa. – ¾¨Ó㴫ý freshman midfielder Logan Mannheimer (South Park, PA / South Park) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Men's Soccer Rookie of the Week.
 
Mannheimer scored his first collegiate goal in last Wednesday's 4-0 shutout of Penn State Altoona. He logged 61 minutes of reserve action last week for the 1-1 Titans.
 
The Titans will next compete at Franciscan Wednesday, September 12 at 4 p.m.

Volleyball: Steward Named PAC Rookie of the Week

GREENVILLE, Pa. – ¾¨Ó㴫ý first-year Maya Steward (Los Angeles, CA / William Howard Taft) was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Volleyball Rookie of the Week.
 
Steward totaled 46 kills (3.3/set), 58 digs (4.1/set), 11 service aces and eight assists last week for 4-1 ¾¨Ó㴫ý. In Saturday's 3-2 win at Penn State Behrend, she finished with 16 kills and a .270 hitting percentage (16-6-37) to go along with 15 digs, two assists and a pair of blocks.
 
The Titans will next play in their PAC opener at Geneva College on Wednesday, September 12 at 7 p.m.

Volleyball: SAAC Honors Moore as Titan Athlete of the Week

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. – The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) today selected volleyball senior Rachel Moore (Greensburg, PA / Greensburg Central Catholic) as its Titan Athlete of the Week for her performance during the week of September 3.
 
Moore totaled 95 digs, 21 assists, and a 5.94 digs per set ratio this past week. ¾¨Ó㴫ý defeated La Roche College (3-0) and went 3-1 in the Northwest PA Challenge, falling to the University of Mount Union (3-0) and defeating Allegheny College (3-0), Penn State Behrend (3-2) and D'Youville College (3-0). Moore tallied a game-high 29 digs against Behrend and is currently first in the conference with 152 digs. Moore was also named on the Northwest PA All-Tournament Team.
  
The Titans will next play in their PAC opener at Geneva College tonight at 7 p.m.

GREENVILLE, Pa. – ¾¨Ó㴫ý junior linebacker Paul Gonzalez (Miami, FL / Florida Christian) was selected to this week's D3football.com's Team of the Week, presented by Scoutware.
 
Gonzalez led ¾¨Ó㴫ý's defensive effort in Saturday's 27-12 win at Waynesburg with a career-high 13 stops (8 solo). He also added 5.0 tackles for loss, which included a career-high two sacks.
 
The Titans will next travel to Saint Vincent College Saturday, September 15 for a 1 p.m. matchup.
