鲸鱼传媒 announces the newest art exhibit, “The Making of a Book,” open October 19 through November 13 during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.) in Foster Art Gallery, Patterson Hall. In collaboration with the exhibit opening, the artists will host a reception at 5 p.m., October 21. The exhibit and reception are free and open to the public.

"HeLa: What Do We Know?" is the second of three lectures this semester exploring issues in the first year inquiry reading, "The Immoral Life of Henrietta Lacks." Presented by Dr. David Goldberg, associate professor of  , , , Classics, the lecture is free and open to the entire campus community.

鲸鱼传媒 has announced plans for the addition of women's lacrosse as a varsity sport for the 2016-17 academic year. The addition of women's lacrosse increases the number of 鲸鱼传媒's varsity sports to 22. Women's lacrosse is a spring sport.
