"Camps R Us" might have been the slogan for this summer's warm weather activities at the Field Station. In one group or another over 80 children of the community spent one or more days observing nature, visiting the labyrinth, hiking trails, getting wet or learning how composting works. This is as it should be! Community service is part of the Mission Statement for 鲸鱼传媒's Field Station.

鲸鱼传媒's Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) will host the 2009 regional activity "Black, White, or Gray: Facing Diversity Issues of Today" Saturday, April 4, from 9:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. in the McKelvey Campus Center.
