Preston Dibble, a senior music education major from Karns City, will present his senior organ recital Friday, Jan. 26, at 7 p.m., in Orr Auditorium.
Dawn M. Chapman has been hired as an admissions counselor whose specialty is recruiting minority students to ¾¨Ó㴫ý.
¾¨Ó㴫ý will celebrate Homecoming & Reunion Weekend Oct. 19-21.
Mezzo-soprano JoAnne Johnston, a ¾¨Ó㴫ý senior music and business administration major, will perform her capstone senior recital Monday, April 23, at 7 p.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel.
¾¨Ó㴫ý will kick off the "Do it in the Dark" energy conservation competition the week of Jan. 27-Feb.1.
¾¨Ó㴫ý admissions staff will be visiting local high schools the week of Oct. 6.
Six ¾¨Ó㴫ý students and their adviser attended the annual MidSouth Philosophy Conference at the University of Memphis (Tenn.) April 17-18.

¾¨Ó㴫ý's Peace Studies Coffeehouse will host Jewish history scholar Dr. Ronit Fisher for "The Artistic Fight against Holocaust Denial" Wednesday, March 10, at 7 p.m. in the Sebastian Mueller Theater of the McKelvey Campus Center. The presentation and dessert reception are free and open to the public.

Todd Hervey, a 1994 ¾¨Ó㴫ý graduate and award-winning special projects director/editor at Fuel Creative, Inc., earned ¾¨Ó㴫ý's 2010 Outstanding and Dedicated Audio Visual Media Support Services Award.





Twenty-six teachers from Western Pennsylvania walked or drove out to the Field Station for two of the four mornings of the in-service Teachers' Academy held the last week of June at ¾¨Ó㴫ý. The Academy is sponsored annually by the Drinko Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning with support from the Grable Foundation.
