¾¨Ó㴫ý plans a host of events to highlight Fall Family Day, Saturday, Sept. 16.
Family Day begins at 9:30 a.m. in Russell Dining Room with coffee and the opportunity to meet and chat with ¾¨Ó㴫ý President R. Thomas Williamson.
"Over the years, Family Day has been celebrated and enjoyed by thousands of students and their families," said Williamson. "My wife, Jean, and I have enjoyed the opportunity to meet the moms, dads, grandparents and siblings of some of the finest young people on earth."
A Family Barbecue begins at 1 p.m. at the Anderson Amphitheater. Families will enjoy a traditional picnic with hamburgers, hotdogs, baked beans, and chips, with ice cream and brownies for dessert.
The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Titans host rival Geneva in football at 1 p.m.
Family Day concludes with 2000 campus entertainer of the year Craig Karges performing "Magic of the Mind" at ¾¨Ó㴫ý's non-alcoholic Down Under pub at 9 p.m.
