¾¨Ó㴫ý

Dean Wilson, music teacher at Boardman Elementary School, recently brought his fourth grade music class to ¾¨Ó㴫ý to give a concert to ¾¨Ó㴫ý students.

"They came via yellow school bus," said Dr. Grover Pitman, professor and chair of music at ¾¨Ó㴫ý.  "After a walking tour of the campus and a pizza dinner, they changed into their concert attire of white shirts and blue jeans and performed a 75-minute concert for our students in the band room."

Wilson, who is also a part-time music education faculty member at ¾¨Ó㴫ý, gave  Suzanne Leyden, a senior music education major from Batavia, N.Y., a chance to lead the choir.  Leyden, a ¾¨Ó㴫ý student, student teaches with Wilson.
