Diversity Services Office Coordinates Diversity Month Activities

¾¨Ó㴫ý's College's Office of Diversity Services is working with several student organizations to coordinate activities for Diversity Month, celebrated during November.

Guest speakers include disabilities advocate Talina Jones (Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 7 p.m. in the Berlin Student Lounge) and gender education speaker Debra Davis (Tuesday, Nov. 8, at 5 p.m. in the Witherspoon Maple Room).

Additional activities include: showing of the documentary The Dark Side of Chocolate; White Knot Campaign; Pride Day; Jeans Day; "Hip Hop: Rhyme or Reason" presentation; and "W.C. Confidential."

Student organizations include: Student Government Association Diversity Committee; Allies; Black Student Union; Disabilities Awareness Club; Green Party; and Sociology Interest Group.
