On Thursday, April 14 from 5 - 7:30 p.m. in Duff Student Restaurant, ¾¨Ó㴫ý's dining services and chemistry department are teaming up to host an unforgettable evening of out-of-this world edibles at the ELEMENTS - Compounds & Cuisines themed dinner.
Join us as Dr. Pete Smith, professor of chemistry and Dr. Matthew Baker, assistant professor of chemistry, utilize the methods of molecular gastronomy, which combines cutting edge science and technology with the art of cooking. Watch as they demonstrate the unique methods of food preparation, including making ice cream from liquid nitrogen.

The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Concert Choir is preparing for an international tour throughout Germany, Austria, and the Czech Republic, and will present upcoming preview concerts on March 20 at 3 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church in Warren, Ohio and April 10 at 3 p.m. at Clen-Moore Presbyterian Church in New Castle. The preview concerts are free and open to the public.
