¾¨Ó㴫ý is among the nation's best in enhancing the educational achievement of its students, according to a national study released today.
The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Drinko Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning awarded undergraduate research grants to three psychology students.
The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Habitat for Humanity's benefit concert featuring The Chris Higbee Project originally scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 22, has been postponed. The new date has not been confirmed.
¾¨Ó㴫ý's Office of Diversity Services will host Pittsburgh-area salsa dancers Jeff and Colleen Shirey for an evening of instruction and dance Thursday, Sept. 17, at 7 p.m. in Berlin Lounge and Club Room of the McKelvey Campus Center.

Dr. Karen Resendes, ¾¨Ó㴫ý assistant professor of biology, presented at the 50th annual meeting of the American Society for Cell Biology Dec. 12-15 in Philadelphia.




¾¨Ó㴫ý will award Alumni Citations to David and Jean Basher Lloyd, Christopher Martin, and Dr. John Petre III, and John and Cari Mester Russell will receive the Outstanding Young Alumni Award at the annual Citation Celebration Reception and Dinner Friday, Oct. 14, in the Witherspoon Rooms of the McKelvey Campus Center.
Dr. David Cushman, professor and chair of ¾¨Ó㴫ý's Department of Economics and Business, is co-author of "Exchange Rate Regimes and FDI Flows to Developing Countries" recently published in the Review of International Economics.
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - ¾¨Ó㴫ý broadcast communications alumni Jonathan Joy and Jimm Needle collaborated with their faculty mentor, Brad Weaver, and junior Joe Ligo to create new television commercials and possible future video projects for ¾¨Ó㴫ý.

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - ¾¨Ó㴫ý's Department of Communication Studies, Theatre and Art will host an art gallery opening and reception for Wisconsin-based artist Edwin Jager from 4:30-6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23 at the Foster Art Gallery in Patterson Hall. A reception will include a gallery talk by the artist at 5:15 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
