On Feb. 4-5, 22 outdoor enthusiasts came to the Field Station and learned how to take care of accidents that happen in the outdoors when away from comforts and hospitals.

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - ¾¨Ó㴫ý will present the Flute and Clarinet Duo Recital at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, March 6, in Orr Auditorium.  The event is free and open to the public.

¾¨Ó㴫ý Offers Yoga

The ¾¨Ó㴫ý  Lifelong Learning Program is offering several yoga classes to the public April 26-May 27.

Beginner Yoga, which is scheduled Mondays from 6-7 p.m., is designed to introduce basic yoga postures, to strengthen lower back, abdominal muscles, legs and upper body.

Yogilates, which is scheduled Wednesdays from 6-7 p.m., is a combination of Pilates and Yoga that enhances core strength, balance, and flexibility.

Power Vinasa Yoga, which is scheduled Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7 p.m., is comprised of vigorous flowing sequences of yoga postures, ending with a deep relaxation, creating a state of consciousness that deepens inner awareness.
