The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Drinko Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning has awarded grants to six students to continue their undergraduate research.
Theatre ¾¨Ó㴫ý will present Quilters in four performances Thursday-Sunday, April 17-20, in Beeghly Theater.
Three ¾¨Ó㴫ý students were selected to perform in the 2009 Small College Intercollegiate Band in Austin, Texas, in March.

Dr. Beverly Cushman, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of religion and Christian education, and two senior Christian education majors attended the Association of Presbyterian Church Educators (APCE) "Walking in Balance" annual conference Feb. 2-5 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Dr. Sarah Kennedy, ¾¨Ó㴫ý assistant professor of chemistry, will present "Taming the Wild Yeast: Undergraduate Superheroes" at Faires Faculty Forum Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 11:40 a.m. in the Sebastian Mueller Theater of the McKelvey Campus Center.


NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - ¾¨Ó㴫ý faculty members Dr. Carolyn K. Cuff, professor of mathematics, and Dr. Timothy Cuff, associate professor of history, recently returned from Akko, Israel and a one-month residency at Western Galilee College, as part of ¾¨Ó㴫ý's on-going efforts to build academic connections with Western Galilee College.Â

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Department of Music hosted a professional development day for area educators and students March 1. The event was open to all teachers who are members of the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association (PMEA) in District 5, which includes Beaver, Butler, Lawrence and Mercer counties; and members of the Pennsylvania Collegiate Music Educators Association (PCMEA).
