The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Mathematics and Computer Science Department recently hosted a mathematics colloquium featuring Dr. Lawrence Downey, professor of mathematics at Penn State University Behrend.
Thirty-nine ¾¨Ó㴫ý students met the requirements for graduation in December. In addition, seven candidates earned master's degrees.
¾¨Ó㴫ý awarded undergraduate degrees to 21 students at the completion of the summer term.
Three ¾¨Ó㴫ý mathematics faculty and a mathematics major participated in the annual meeting of the Allegheny Mountain Section of the Mathematical Association of America (MAA) April 3-4 at Wheeling Jesuit University.
The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Art Gallery will exhibit "Kathy Koop 1973-2010 RetroSpectacular: Variations in Clay and Wood" Feb. 17-April 17. The exhibit is free and open to the public.

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Dr. Michael Aleprete, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of political science, recently contributed two chapters and edited a text published by Lexington Books. Dr. Aleprete co-edited the volume with Rachel Vanderhill from Wheaton College.Â
