Five ¾¨Ó㴫ý students will give a saxophone recital Sunday, Oct. 8, at 3 p.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel. The concert is free and open to the public.
Theatre ¾¨Ó㴫ý will present Love Among the Russians Thursday-Saturday, April 19-21 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, April 22, at 2:30 p.m. in Beeghly Theatre.
William Brandt, former site supervisor in ¾¨Ó㴫ý's Department of Public Safety, was promoted to Director of Public Safety.
¾¨Ó㴫ý admissions staff will be visiting local high schools the week of Sept. 29.

Dr. Russell Martin, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of history, presented "Kalliste(i): Bride-Shows and Marriage Politics in Muscovy, 1505-1689" at the Early Slavic seminar April 10 at Harvard University's Davis Center for Russian Studies.

Dr. Angela Lahr, ¾¨Ó㴫ý visiting professor of history, will speak at Faires Faculty Forum Wednesday, Feb. 17, at 11:40 a.m. in the Sebastian Mueller Theater of the McKelvey Campus Center.
"Halloween Special" will be presented Saturday, Oct. 23, in the ¾¨Ó㴫ý Planetarium, room 116 of the Hoyt Science Resources Center.

Cory Seese, a ¾¨Ó㴫ý senior environmental science major, received the Helen R. Ferguson Scholarship for excellence in environmental science.

Six ¾¨Ó㴫ý students and their adviser attended the annual MidSouth Philosophy Conference at Rhodes College in Memphis Feb. 24-26.
