The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Lifelong Learning Program offers fast-track evening classes beginning Aug. 8.
 The Lifelong Learning Program (LLP) is an undergraduate program designed especially for non-traditional students who may take classes during the day, evening, or a combination of both. Accounting, business administration, English, and public relations majors can be completed entirely through evening course work.Â
 Accelerated block classes enable students to take a variety of classes one night a week, and still take two classes per semester. Block I, which runs between August 8 to October 8, includes Principles of Accounting, Organization and Management, African-American History, Introduction to Classic Jazz, Intermediate Spanish I, and Business and Professional Communication. Block II, which runs between October 10-December 17, include Principles of Accounting II, Foundation Drawing, African-American History, Introduction to Classic Jazz, Voice and Diction, and Communication Ethics.
 Fall Semester classes, which run Aug. 30-Dec. 17, include Worlds of Art, Computer Graphic Art, Science in Elementary School, Shakespeare, American Since 1865, Honors Colloquium, Music Elementary Teachers, Teach and Learn Music, Scuba, Principles Practices & Theory of Public Relations, Education Psychology, Understanding the Bible, Foundations of Special Education, and Journalism I & II.

The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Horn Ensemble will present a concert Thursday, April 6, at 7:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium.
The program includes Shaw's "Londonderry Air;" Bizet's "Agnus Dei from Suite L'Arlesienne;" Solomon's "In a Minor Mood" and "For Four Friends;" and more.

¾¨Ó㴫ý is among the nation's best in enhancing the educational achievement of its students, according to a national study released today.
Twenty-nine ¾¨Ó㴫ý students were inducted into Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society, Sunday, Dec. 10.
More than 480 ¾¨Ó㴫ý students earned a listing on the Dean's List recognition for the 2002 spring semester.
A staff of 13 ¾¨Ó㴫ý students will produce the Wilmington versus Sharon football game of the week on the Pennsylvania Cable Network (PCN), which will air Saturday, Oct. 21 at 9 p.m.

Suny Press recently published "The International Eliade" edited by Dr. Bryan Rennie, the Vira I. Heinz Professor in Religion at ¾¨Ó㴫ý.
¾¨Ó㴫ý's ninth annual Mardi Gras Carnival is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 1, from 6-8 p.m. in the Witherspoon Rooms of the McKelvey Campus Center. There is no admission fee and the event is open to the public.
¾¨Ó㴫ý will host the McLin/Campbell Duo for a violin and piano recital Tuesday, Oct. 7, at 7:30 p.m. in Wallace Memorial Chapel. The concert is free and open to the public.

Dr. Kristin Park, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of sociology, gave a presentation at the annual meeting of the North Central Sociological Association April 16-18 in Dearborn, Mich.
