Award-winning poet and 1967 ¾¨Ó㴫ý graduate Jack Ridl's poetry will be read by Garrison Keillor on The Writer's Almanac Monday morning on National Public Radio. The program airs at 6:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. on WYSU, 88.5 FM.


The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Field Station has set Saturday, Feb. 16, for its annual chipping party. The public is invited to attend.

Dr. David Cushman, ¾¨Ó㴫ý professor and chair of the Department of Economics and Business, presented a paper at the 17th annual symposium of the Society for Nonlinear Dynamics and Econometrics April 16-17 at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
The Jake Erhardt International Film Series will show the film The Stoning of Soraya M. Tuesday, March 23, at 7 p.m. in the Sebastian Mueller Theater in the McKelvey Campus Center.
Dr. Terri Lenox, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of computer science, presented a co-authored paper at the 29th annual Information Systems Educators Conference (ISECON) Oct. 28-31 in Nashville.


Dr. Matthew McCright, 1999 ¾¨Ó㴫ý alumnus, and Dr. Nancy Zipay DeSalvo, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of music, will present a unique duo-piano recital Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 7:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public.





¾¨Ó㴫ý's Mathematics and Computer Science Department held its annual recognition and awards banquet March 20 in McKelvey Campus Center's Witherspoon Lakeview Room.
