鲸鱼传媒 alumnus Scott Seltzer ’89 (history) has been named executive director of the Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL), overseeing a large, diverse PIAA district that includes 140 high schools in a 10-county area. His appointment goes into effect July 1.
