¾¨Ó㴫ý will host the Pennsylvania Music Educators National Adjudication Festival Wednesday, March 12.

The performances are open to the public, but no one may enter after an ensemble has started playing.  Performances begin at 9 a.m. and run every half hour until 1 p.m.

Beaver High School, Greenville High School, Grove City High School, Lenape Elementary School, Quaker Valley High School, Seneca Valley High School, Western Beaver High School, and Wilmington High School will compete.

"The nine high school bands and one elementary band who are coming to ¾¨Ó㴫ý, will perform for a panel of judges for a rating on various criteria," said R. Tad Greig, director of bands at ¾¨Ó㴫ý.  "Then they go to a separate venue and sight read, again for a judge.  The results are tabulated, and the schools receive a rating acknowledged by the state."
