The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Jazz Ensemble will perform Friday, Jan. 26, at 7:30 p.m. in the Berlin Lounge located in the McKelvey Campus Center.
Under the direction of trumpet professor Andrew Erb, the ensemble will perform a mixture of newer styles and standards.
"This performance will feature selections like Basically Blues' made famous by the Buddy Rich Band, a great Sammy Nestico arrangement of How High the Moon,' a Bob Curnow arrangement of the Pat Metheny ballad Always and Forever,' Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum,' from the former Weather Report saxophonist Wayne Shorter, and more," said Dr. R. Tad Greig, ¾¨Ó㴫ý director of bands. "Get there early to get a good seat."
