¾¨Ó㴫ý offers a variety of both day and evening summer classes. Varied start dates from May 21 through July 23 allows students to take advantage of the many courses available.
¾¨Ó㴫ý's Summer Session is designed to offer a sampling of courses from the ¾¨Ó㴫ý Plan Curriculum. Taught by ¾¨Ó㴫ý faculty, these courses parallel the content and structure of courses taught during the traditional academic year and credits are transferable to other institutions.
This year's offerings include a variety of sciences, accounting, art, education, history, English, political science, mathematics, music, photography, philosophy, psychology, sociology, and Spanish classes. Visit for a complete course listing.
For the first time, ¾¨Ó㴫ý will also offer two online courses, Marketing and American National Government, to current ¾¨Ó㴫ý students only. Students must obtain faculty permission and attend a required meeting May 8.
All classes receive four semester hours of credit.
Students can register online or call Carol Yova, director of the Summer Program, at (724) 946-7353 or toll free 1-888-378-2779. Registration will also be accepted at the Lifelong Learning Office located in the McKelvey Campus Center rooms 267 and 268 until the day before class starts.
