The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Diversity Symposium will feature a lifestyles panel Wednesday, March 28, at 7 p.m. in the McKelvey Campus Center Mueller Theater.
The panel will be moderated by Dr. Neal Edman, ¾¨Ó㴫ý dean of student affairs, and includes: James Radnor and Reid Ahl, a same-sex, bi-national family; Dawne and Aubrianna Taylor, mother (who is also a surrogate mother to Jordan Christopher) and daughter; Connie McGinnis, mother of two adopted Chinese daughters; and Shannon Smithey, whose husband's family emigrated from Japan in the beginning of the 20th century and was interned during World War II.
This panel discussion is part of the ¾¨Ó㴫ý Diversity Symposium, "Images of Women: Choices for Women and Men," which is a week-long event that celebrates the 25th anniversary of the first women's symposium at ¾¨Ó㴫ý. Visit for a complete calendar of Diversity Symposium events.
