Opera ¾¨Ó㴫ý to Perform April 14

Opera ¾¨Ó㴫ý will perform Saturday, April 14, at 7:30 p.m. at Orr Auditorium. The event is free and open to the public.

Opera ¾¨Ó㴫ý's production of "L'amour, L'amour, L'amour" will feature scenes from many famous operas. The production will be directed by Dr. Anne Hagan Bentz, ¾¨Ó㴫ý assistant professor of music, and conducted by Mihai Vilcu, ¾¨Ó㴫ý adjunct professor of music. Two ¾¨Ó㴫ý adjunct professors, William Ambert and Dan Konnen will also perform in this opera.

"Our program presents scenes from famous operas such as: Fidelio, The Magic Flute, The Tales of Hoffmann, Faust, Cosi fan tutte, Carmen, Rosenkavalier, and Pearlfishers," Bentz said.
