Caitlin Roberts, a ¾¨Ó㴫ý sophomore environmental science major, received the Helen Ferguson Scholarship for excellence in environmental science.
The award was presented by the Bartramian Audubon Society at its monthly meeting May 10.
Roberts is a daughter of David and Paula Roberts of Salem, Ohio, and a graduate of Salem High School.
"It is very fitting that Caitlin was chosen as the award recipient, since she plans to attend graduate school to study ornithology with an emphasis on birds of prey," said Dr. Helen Boylan, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of chemistry and Roberts' adviser. "We thank Helen Ferguson and the Bartramian Audubon Society for their generous support of ¾¨Ó㴫ý environmental science students."
