¾¨Ó㴫ý will host the ninth annual New Wilmington Chamber of Commerce Business Expo Saturday, March 19, from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. in Memorial Field House. The public is invited to attend.
Organized by the Chamber, sponsors of the Expo are First National Bank, The Springfield Restaurant Group, and ¾¨Ó㴫ý.
In addition to a nominal registration fee, each participating business is required to furnish a door prize. Prizes received to date include pizza for a year and newspaper subscriptions.
"This is a wonderful opportunity for Chamber members, non-members, and home-based businesses to showcase their company to hundreds of potential customers," said Anne Bruening, Chamber representative.
A $1 donation from each visitor aged 12 and older will be collected at the door and the proceeds distributed among area charities. This year's recipients include the Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County, People in Need, and the Garden Clubs of New Wilmington.
