¾¨Ó㴫ý seniors are invited to attend the 10th annual "Dine 'n Shine" Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 5:30 p.m. in the Witherspoon Room located in the McKelvey Campus Center.
"During a lovely sit-down meal, Dr. Cary Horvath [professor of communications at Youngstown State University] will speak about 'The Finesse of Business Dining,' such as the importance of not ordering spaghetti or French onion soup or wine at a business meal," said Jackie Meade, director of the ¾¨Ó㴫ý Career Center. "Ralph Dise '74, CEO and President of Dise and Company, will talk about "Making the Most of Your First Job," and Roberta Laird '76, independent local evaluator for Even Start, will talk about "Volunteerism and ¾¨Ó㴫ý Connections."
This event also features a style show of business attire modeled by 10 ¾¨Ó㴫ý students. The clothing and shoes for this show are on loan courtesy of Grove City Prime Outlet stores: Kasper ASL Limited, Haggar Clothing Company, and Rockport Shoes.
The dinner is sponsored by the ¾¨Ó㴫ý Career Center and the Alumni Relations Office. For more information, contact Meade at (724) 946-7343 or e-mail meadelb@westminster.edu for more information.
