The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Faculty Forum begins the spring semester with a look at "E-Portfolio" technology Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 11:30 a.m. in the McKelvey Campus Center..

Kathleen Edmiston, assistant to the director of the Career Center, will give the presentation.

"It will offer an opportunity for students to enhance their resumes by burning information about their accomplishments, experiences, student activities, samples of their work, clearances, and other important documents onto a CD that can be presented to prospective employers," Edmiston said.

Faculty forum, established in 1990, serves as a venue for the exchange of ideas and information among ¾¨Ó㴫ý faculty. Speakers present their research, teaching ideas, lectures, performances, special programs, and uses of technology to keep faculty informed about the work of colleagues from many disciplines.

Edmiston, who has been with ¾¨Ó㴫ý since 2000, earned her undergraduate degree from ¾¨Ó㴫ý. For more information, contact Edmiston at (724) 946-7339 or e-mail edmistkj@westminster.edu.
