¾¨Ó㴫ý Music Faculty Schedules Jazz Concert Jan. 23

Four ¾¨Ó㴫ý music faculty have scheduled a Jazz Combo concert Sunday, Jan. 23, at 3 p.m. in Orr Auditorium.

The concert features Mark Antonich on guitar, Jeff Wachter on piano, Jeff Bremer on the bass, and Perry Gatch on drums.

"We are very fortunate to have such a talented music faculty," said Dr. R. Tad Greig, director of bands at ¾¨Ó㴫ý.  "We also want our music students to see us making music as well.  It is important for the students to know that we practice, prepare, and perform as professionals, as it is our wish for them to do so as well.  All the members of the faculty combo have very active performance careers outside of ¾¨Ó㴫ý, and we feel fortunate that we can share their talents with our own students."

"Football fans do not worry, the AFC Championship games does not begin until 6:30 p.m.," Greig continued.  "There is plenty of time to enjoy a wonderful afternoon of jazz music with the faculty of ¾¨Ó㴫ý."

The event is free and open to the public.  For more information, contact  Greig at (724) 946-7279 or e-mail greigrk@westminster.edu.
