Twenty-two ¾¨Ó㴫ý seniors will give their psychology capstone presentations Thursday, Dec. 14, at 6 p.m. in Hoyt Science Resources Center rooms 150, 152, 165, and 166.
Dr. Terri Lenox, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of computer science, will present "What I've Learned from Service Learning" Wednesday, Sept. 19, at 11:40 a.m. in the Sebastian Mueller Theater in the McKelvey Campus Center. The event is free and open to the public.
Two ¾¨Ó㴫ý fraternities will co-sponsor "Take Back the Night," a week of activities to benefit the Crisis Shelter of Lawrence County. All activities are open to the public.
Dr. Bethany Hicok, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of English, presented "Dreams of Inaccessible Utopia' in Wallace Stevens" at the Modernist Studies Association conference Nov. 13-16 in Nashville.
Dr. Joseph Henderson, ¾¨Ó㴫ý professor of education emeritus, will be the featured speaker at Faires Faculty Forum Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 11:40 a.m. in the Sebastian Mueller Theater of the McKelvey Campus Center.
The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble will present their "Senior Celebration: Dancing in Air" concert Friday, May 7, at 7:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public.
Theatre ¾¨Ó㴫ý will present Red Herring Feb. 24-27 in Beeghly Theater.
¾¨Ó㴫ý's Drinko Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning will host a workshop for school superintendents and administrators Monday, Nov. 7, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Witherspoon Lakeview Room of McKelvey Campus Center.
Chelsea Loub, a ¾¨Ó㴫ý senior biology major, is one of 12 students nationwide who received a 2012 Samuel Robinson Award from the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Dr. Bryan Rennie, Vira I. Heinz professor of religion and chair of the department of religion, history, philosophy, and classics, will present "The Glamour of the Gods: Towards an Ethology of Art and Religion" at Faires Faculty Forum Wednesday, March 27, at 11:40 a.m. in Mueller Theater of McKelvey Campus Center.
