¾¨Ó㴫ý Hosts International Recording Artist

Sandip Burman, an international recording artist, will perform Wednesday, March 19, at 7:30 p.m. in ¾¨Ó㴫ý's Beeghly Theater.

Burman plays the Indian tabla, and infuses the sound of his native music with traditional jazz.  His performances are marked with spontaneous innovation and tonal purity, even when he is delivering complex rhythmic patterns at dazzling speeds.
