¾¨Ó㴫ý junior psychology major Matthew Facciani wrote "The Clinical Neuropsychological Experience" published in the spring issue of Undergraduate Update, an online publication of the Association for Psychological Science.
Dr. Kristenne Robison, ¾¨Ó㴫ý assistant professor of sociology, will present "Who Really 'Cares'? The Implications of Hiring Policewomen to Do Women's Work on the Force" at Faires Faculty Forum Wednesday, Nov. 3, at 11:40 a.m. in the Sebastian Mueller Theater of the McKelvey Campus Center.

Dr. Elizabeth Ford, ¾¨Ó㴫ý professor of English emerita, authored an essay that was included in a recently-published literature collection.

The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Department of Psychology will host Jerome Flint for its spring colloquium Monday, April 2, at 5 p.m. in Hoyt Science Resources Center's Phillips Lecture Hall.Ìý The program is free and open to the public.
NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - ¾¨Ó㴫ý International Cultures Club in conjunction with the Department of Religion, History, Philosophy and Classics will be hosting a screening and conversation of the film "Education Under Fire" Dec. 4 at 5:30 p.m. in Mueller Theater, McKelvey Campus Center. ¾¨Ó㴫ý Admissions is hosting a local area network party (LAN) for prospective high school students, current students, and alumni Saturday, Oct. 30, beginning at 10 a.m.
 "A LAN party is an event where everyone brings their computers to one central location, hook up their computers to a small network, and play various computer games," said Stanton Fleming, coordinator of user and desktop services at ¾¨Ó㴫ý.Ìý "The winners of the tournament can walk away with prizes such as t-shirts, hats, mouse pads, posters, software and even computer hardware."
 "You never know who is going to be on a team, you just join the game and the server puts you where it needs a player," said Colin Dean, a sophomore computer science major from Volant.Ìý

Paul Wozniak, professor of accounting at ¾¨Ó㴫ý, recently attended a meeting of the Strategic Advisory Board of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) in Philadelphia.
 The mission of the PICPA is to further the well being of its members, while upholding the public interest, by: Enhancing quality services founded on professional competence, integrity, and objectivity; Serving as an advocator for, and promoting the public image of, its members; and Articulating positions on professional and public issues where the expertise of CPAs is relevant.
 Wozniak, who has been with ¾¨Ó㴫ý since 1974, earned his undergraduate and master's degrees from Youngstown State University, and is a Certified Public Accountant of Pennsylvania.

Matthew Fodor, a senior music performance major at ¾¨Ó㴫ý, will perform a piano recital, Saturday, April 8, at 6:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium.
The program includes Chopin's "Nocturne, Op. 27, No. 1 and "Etude, Op. 25, No. 1 in A flat major;" Debussy's "Six Epigraphes Antiques I:" Bach's "Toccata in D major, BWV 912;" Cage's "Bacchanale;" and Beethoven's "Sonate, Op. 10, No. 2 in F major."
Fodor is a son of David and Bonnie Fodor, Hermitage. He has performed in numerous events, on-campus recitals, and music department colloquia. He received first place in the 2005 Mu Phi Epsilon Concerto and Aria Competition at ¾¨Ó㴫ý and received honorable mention in the Keystone State Piano Competition for Pennsylvania Music Teacher's Association in 2003 at Temple University. Fodor has also appeared as a vocalist in the opera production of "Hansel and Gretel" and "When the Lights Go Down." He has served as assistant musical director for the chapel drama "Godspell" and has participated in the Westmisnter Men's Chorus and Concert Choir. In addition, Fodor has performed Mozart's "Piano Concerto No. 21 in C Major, movement three with the ¾¨Ó㴫ý Orchestra last May. Fodor has been accepted into the graduate degree program at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
