Date Set for Commencement Ceremony

Friday, June 12, 2020

Dear Graduates of the Class of 2020:

I hope that you are enjoying your summer thus far, even if COVID-19 has changed some of your usual summer activities.  All is quiet at ¾¨Ó㴫ý, though activity is beginning to increase as we prepare for fall classes on campus.  We have not forgotten about you and the fact that you were unable to celebrate a traditional commencement.  Now that our county has moved into Governor Wolf’s “green phase,” we have scheduled Commencement for the morning of Saturday, August 1.

In the next few weeks, we will send you an RSVP and more information about the ceremony. Your response will be very important so that we can accurately plan because we must comply with all CDC and Commonwealth guidelines for physical distancing, crowd size of no more than 250, etc.  We ask for your patience as we work through these details.

For the moment, though, please mark August 1 on your calendars. We hope you will be able to be on campus as we celebrate the Class of 2020!

Sincerely,
Dr. McMinn
