The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Choir is sponsoring "Music and Meatballs" Friday, Sept. 28, at the New Wilmington Presbyterian Church with seating each hour from 4:30-7:30 p.m.
Dr. Deborah Mitchell, assistant professor of English and public relations and Dr. Elizabeth Ford, professor of English, will speak at the Bleasby Colloquium, Thursday, Feb. 20, at 7 p.m. in Hoyt Science Resources Center room 166.
Three ¾¨Ó㴫ý Board of Trustee members recently shared the secrets to their entrepreneurial success with ¾¨Ó㴫ý students.
Six ¾¨Ó㴫ý mathematics majors will present their capstone posters Wednesday, Dec. 13, from 3-5 p.m. in the McKelvey Campus Center atrium.
¾¨Ó㴫ý announces several personal enrichment and leisure courses for community residents. Continuing Education classes and seminars are non-credit and are open to all interested individuals. Formal admission to ¾¨Ó㴫ý is not required.
Nine ¾¨Ó㴫ý physics majors and three physics professors attended the joint meeting of the Ohio Region Section of the American Physics Society, and the Ohio Section and the Western Pennsylvania Section of the American Association of Physics Teachers March 28-29 at Youngstown State University.

Dr. Peter Smith, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of chemistry, was elected to a two-year term as treasurer of the American Chemical Society (ACS) Division of Professional Relations.



In my younger, student days I did not enjoy studying history. History meant old! But as I approached my present stage of life I began to enjoy retracing steps. I talked with anyone who might have memories of my roots and, especially, this place -- the Field Station and the old barn, now our Nature Center. Here are a few of the ways history has been studied, embraced and used to build a future.
¾¨Ó㴫ý celebrated academic excellence at the annual Honors Convocation April 24 in Orr Auditorium.
The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Symphonic Band will present a mid-winter concert Friday, Feb. 18, at 7:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium. The program is free and open to the public.
