The ¾¨Ó㴫ý Preschool Lab recently celebrated the Week of the Young Child with a special night of celebration for students and their parents.
"The Four Seasons" theme of the event included fun activities depicting the seasons. Those activities included making a family tree to celebrate fall, snow-ball relay races to celebrate winter, planting seeds to celebrate spring, and enjoying a summer picnic to celebrate summer.

The multi-talented musician, singer, and actor Bobby Vinton will entertain the ¾¨Ó㴫ý Celebrity Series audience Saturday, Feb. 17, at 8 p.m. in Orr Auditorium.

Dr. Bryan Rennie, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of religion and Vira I. Heinz chair of the Department of Religion, History, Philosophy and Classics, has been published in The Bulletin of the Council of Societies for the Study of Religion (Sept. 2007).
¾¨Ó㴫ý hosted "The Science Scene," a workshop of hands-on chemistry and biology laboratory projects for middle school students, April 5 from 2-5 p.m. in the Hoyt Science Resources Center.
Forty ¾¨Ó㴫ý students met the requirements for graduation in December. In addition, five candidates earned master's degrees.
¾¨Ó㴫ý will celebrate International Audio Visual Week, Oct. 18-24, with a series of campus events that are free and open to the public.
Andrew Borts, a senior broadcast communications major, received the ¾¨Ó㴫ý 2010 Audio Visual Award for exceptional work to the campus.
¾¨Ó㴫ý senior broadcast communications major Alyssa Hanna received an Undergraduate Research Grant from ¾¨Ó㴫ý's Drinko Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning.
Two teams of ¾¨Ó㴫ý students participated in the 2011 Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) East Central North America Programming Contest Oct. 21-22 at Youngstown State University.

NEW WILMINGTON, Pa. - Seventeen ¾¨Ó㴫ý students and their professor traveled throughout Italy from May 23-31 as part of the "Italy in Literature and Film" course.
