Dr. Charlene Klassen Endrizzi, associate professor of education at ¾¨Ó㴫ý, recently presented her research at the National Council of Teachers of English in San Francisco.
Twenty-four students were awarded master of education degrees at ¾¨Ó㴫ý during commencement exercises Saturday, May 19.

Cobel's presentation, "The Church-Related College Revisited" will focus on a summary of the last three years of faculty discussions about ¾¨Ó㴫ý's church-related identity.

Dr. Shahroukh Mistry, assistant professor of biology, was a presenter at a joint meeting of the 14th International Bat Conference and the 37th North American Bat Research Conference held Aug. 19-23 in Merida, Mexico.
Thirteen ¾¨Ó㴫ý mathematics students and four faculty attended the annual meeting of the Allegheny Mountain Section of the Mathematical Association of America April 11-12 at the University of Pittsburgh.

Dr. Scott Mackenzie, ¾¨Ó㴫ý associate professor of theatre, was awarded the Kennedy Center Gold Medallion for Excellence during the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival (KCACTF) Region II Jan. 13-17 at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
¾¨Ó㴫ý admissions staff will be visiting local high schools the weeks of Oct. 26 and Nov. 2.
Dr. Sarah Kennedy, ¾¨Ó㴫ý assistant professor of chemistry, received the Spectroscopy Society of Pittsburgh's (SSP) College Equipment Grant during a May 19 awards ceremony.
